Assist Japanese-speaking clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, tours, and business trips between the U.S. and Japan. Require good communication skills in Japanese and English, and experience with travel systems like GDS. Provide friendly and personalized customer service.
Requirements
＜Job Duties＞
Main responsibilities include arranging airline tickets, hotel accommodations, various tours, inbound travel to Japan, and business travel.
The role also involves selling related travel products such as overseas travel insurance.
＜Requirements＞
・Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
・Experience operating GDS (Global Distribution System).
・Experience arranging inbound travel to Japan.
・Ability to communicate in English.
・Experience in business travel and corporate trip arrangements.
・At least 3 years of experience in the travel industry
※Hybrid work
Note: The first 3 months of training will be on-site.
※Compensation will be determined based on experience and skills.
※During the training period, the salary will be $1 less than the regular amount.
