About the Role

- Oversee daily operations of the dental office and ensure smooth, efficient workflow
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage office production goals
- Step into any role—front or back office—as needed (e.g., answering phones, assisting patients, etc.)
when staff are out sick
- Maintain excellent patient care and customer service standards
- Handle insurance processing (PPO, Medi-Cal, etc.)
- Serve as the first person in and the last one out of the office daily
- Manage EagleSoft dental software and maintain accurate records
- Lead by example with professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic

Requirements

  • 10+ years of dental office experience, preferably in General Dentistry, Orthodontics, or Pediatric Dentistry

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

  • Proficiency in EagleSoft software

  • In-depth knowledge of dental insurance billing and processes

  • Hands-on experience with both front and back office operations

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent professional references

  • Strong interpersonal skills—friendly and warm, yet assertive and capable of setting boundaries

  • High level of integrity, reliability, and long-term commitment
