About the Role
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office and ensure smooth, efficient workflow
- Coordinate staff schedules and manage office production goals
- Step into any role—front or back office—as needed (e.g., answering phones, assisting patients, etc.)
when staff are out sick
- Maintain excellent patient care and customer service standards
- Handle insurance processing (PPO, Medi-Cal, etc.)
- Serve as the first person in and the last one out of the office daily
- Manage EagleSoft dental software and maintain accurate records
- Lead by example with professionalism, dependability, and a strong work ethic
Requirements
10+ years of dental office experience, preferably in General Dentistry, Orthodontics, or Pediatric Dentistry
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Proficiency in EagleSoft software
In-depth knowledge of dental insurance billing and processes
Hands-on experience with both front and back office operations
Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent professional references
Strong interpersonal skills—friendly and warm, yet assertive and capable of setting boundaries
High level of integrity, reliability, and long-term commitment
