About the Role

・Oversee and manage all kitchen operations
・Develop menus centered around Japanese cuisine, including seasonal specials
・Handle procurement, inventory control, and cost management of ingredients
・Recruit, train, and schedule kitchen staff
・Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance throughout all cooking processes
・Maintain food quality and conduct regular quality checks
・Collaborate closely with floor staff, managers, and other departments

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Japanese cuisine, including sushi, tempura, and grilled dishes

  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef

  • Strong skills in ingredient selection and cost control

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities

  • Knowledge of hygiene regulations and food safety standards
