About the Role

- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
- Develop marketing initiatives and budget, create annual marketing plan; Increase sales revenue and
achieve sales goals by training and developing sales and marketing staff, monitoring, and coaching
sales/marketing activities, and providing marketing materials.
- Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the
sales team meets their quotas and goals.
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer
requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the
company’s marketing goals.
- Responsible for the planning, creating, and distributing content for use on the website and other social
platforms.
- Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to develop new products.
- Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs,
and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
- Work with staff to resolve problems or complaints identified by accounts and manage account issues to
closure.
- Evaluate sales and marketing staff performance, supervise marketing administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Must have valid work status to work in the U.S.

  • Experience as a sales manager.

  • Strong management skills.

  • Familiarity with the food industry.

  • Bilingual in Japanese and English with business-level proficiency or above.A large Japanese food company located in the Chino, CA area is looking for a Sales Manager.
