About the Role
You will be mainly responsible for cooking and serving sushi (nigiri, rolls, sashimi, etc.) using fresh ingredients, as well as purchasing and managing ingredients, preparatory work, plating, and serving customers. You will also be responsible for thorough food hygiene and safety management in the kitchen, contributing to improving customer satisfaction.
Requirements
・Japanese/English bilingual
・U.S. work authorization
・2+ years of experience as a sushi chef
