About the Role

As a store manager candidate, you will be involved in the following responsibilities related to store operations:
・Staff Management: Oversee overall store operations, manage and train staff, and coordinate shift schedules to ensure smooth team collaboration and efficient workflow.
・Inventory Management and Ordering: Monitor stock levels and place appropriate orders to ensure the store runs smoothly.
・Sanitation Management: Ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards and safety regulations to protect both staff and customers.
・Operational Improvement: Aim to enhance operational efficiency and improve the quality of service, including menu planning and service improvements.
・Customer Service: Provide customer service tailored to customers’ needs, quickly addressing any complaints or issues, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Given San Francisco’s strict hygiene regulations, you will be required to obtain the necessary certifications for sanitation and alcohol service. These certifications will be provided at the company’s expense.

Requirements

・Japanese and English required, Spanish preferred.


・3–5 years of experience as a manager or head chef at a restaurant in Japan.


・E-Visa Transfer and Support Available (For those with 7+ years of experience in the food industry, interested in a managerial position).
