About the Role

・Creation and verification of raw material labels for planned products.
・Weighing of raw materials for products to be manufactured on the day.
・Adding, mixing, and cooking raw materials according to manufacturing procedures.
・Filling of the final product.
・Packaging of finished products.
・Cleaning and sterilization of machines and tools used.
・[Other] Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors, as necessary.
・Production is divided into five sections: [Weighing, Cooking, Filling (filling containers such as jars, cans, bottles, etc.), Packing (packing filled products into cardboard boxes), Sterilization]. Initially, you will start in one of these sections, and you will be trained in all sections. You will be expected to help in whichever section is short-staffed.

Requirements

  • Must have a U.S. work visa.

  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production in the food industry (at least 1 year of experience is preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of process management.

  • Basic skills in operating machinery.

  • Ability to perform basic calculations.

  • Responsible, with attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Ability to lift and move items weighing approximately 50 pounds.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

  • Teamwork and communication skills.

  • Language: English (business-level or above), Spanish and Japanese (preferred).
