Requirements

<Key Responsibilities>

・HR operations

・Conduct interviews and background checks

・Manage onboarding and offboarding processes

・Oversee performance evaluation procedures

・Approve timecards and ensure compliance with attendance management; propose and implement workflow improvements

・Supervise labor-related tasks (e.g., W-2, I-9, employee handbook, labor audits, etc.)

・Act as an advisor to the HR team while actively participating in hands-on tasks


<Required Skills and Experience>

・Bilingual in Japanese and English, or candidates with experience working at a Japanese company in the U.S. may apply with professional-level English skills (Japanese not required).

・Must have a valid U.S. work permit

・HR experience: 5–7 years required

・Experience implementing and managing ADP (preferred)

・Knowledge of HR operations (W-2, I-9, internal policies, audits, etc.)

・Understanding of Texas state and local labor laws
